Dr. Prius is an application developed to assist professional Toyota/Lexus hybrid repair shops and vehicle owners in assessing the health of the high-voltage battery. It transforms your mobile device into a professional-grade diagnostic tool, which typically costs thousands of dollars, and is trusted by over 439 professional repair shops worldwide.
Dr. Prius performs tests and provides access to all relevant battery data, enabling you to quickly identify problems with a simple tap on your smartphone screen. Avoid being a victim of a failing battery—test it and print a certificate to prove your battery system's health.
This app requires an ELM327 Bluetooth OBD interface to communicate with your hybrid vehicle. Most inexpensive clone ELM327 adapters will not work due to their inability to switch between your vehicle's ECUs. Generally, using a WiFi OBD2 adapter is not recommended due to potential internet connection interruptions.
