Program Overview
Royal Petrol LLP operates gas station networks under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands. Our loyalty program rewards both regular and new customers at Royal Petrol stations and Continent mini-markets. Participants earn bonus points (Bonuses) for purchases, which can be redeemed for special discounts and personalized offers.
Program Rules
These terms govern participation in the loyalty program.
Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 14+ who can legally make household transactions
- Requires valid Kazakhstan identification number
- One membership per individual
Registration Process
To join, members complete a Participant Questionnaire, consenting to personal data processing as per Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V (2013). This consent covers:
- Marketing communications via email, SMS, messengers
- Phone and postal communications
- Automated data processing
- Database creation and maintenance
Consent remains valid until withdrawn in writing.
Program Features
Digital Membership:
- Virtual Card available in Mobile App (no physical card)
- Mobile App compatible with iOS/Android devices
Bonus Points System:
- 1 Bonus = 1 KZT (Tenge)
- Earned through qualifying purchases
- Redeemable only at Royal Petrol locations
Account Management:
The Bonus Account tracks all point accruals, redemptions and current balance.
