Season 8 of Hearthstone Battlegrounds has arrived, bringing a wave of exciting updates! This includes brand new features, heroes, and cards, along with some much-appreciated adjustments for seasoned players. Let's explore the highlights!

The Big News: Trinkets!

Following the Perils in Paradise update, Season 8 introduces Trinkets – powerful new enhancements. A total of 56 Lesser Trinkets and 60 Greater Trinkets are available, with the possibility of acquiring duplicates.

These valuable upgrades appear on turns 6 and 9, offering four choices each time. Importantly, Trinkets are tailored to your chosen hero and current board composition (Elementals, Dragons, Murlocs, etc.), ensuring a diverse and strategic experience.

Meet Marin the Manager: The New Hero

Season 8 welcomes a fresh hero: Marin the Manager. His unique ability allows you to acquire a Trinket a turn earlier than usual, providing a significant strategic advantage. See Marin in action!

Roster Changes and New Additions

While 41 minions are rotating out, 22 returning favorites and 27 brand-new minions are joining the fray, alongside 2 exciting Tavern spells.

Four new cards are also making their debut:

• Free Travel Winner (Tier 2): A 2/2 minion that disappears after surviving combat, rewarding you with a Triple Reward.
• Inspiring Underdog (Tier 4): Strengthens your lower-tier minions.
• Lucky Egg (Tier 5): Transforms a Tier 3 minion into a Golden version.
• Sun Screener (Tier 6): A 10/1 minion granting Divine Shield to your three leftmost minions and your opponent's.

Marin Resort's Treasure Hunt Event

From August 27th to September 17th, participate in the Marin Resort's Treasure Hunt event! Complete Event Quests to earn a total of 14 packs, including rewards from Perils in Paradise and Whizbang's Workshop.
