They claim to have seen a mysterious woman dressed in white, carrying a Petromax lamp, walking alone into the guesthouse area just before the blaze erupted. However, this theory was refuted by Nurul, a former staff member at the inn. Nurul holds a different belief about the fire's origin, suggesting it was an act of revenge by a staff member who had been dishonorably dismissed shortly before the incident.
