In the *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* quest known as "Bird of Prey," you are tasked with locating and dealing with five groups of poachers scattered throughout the wilderness. The challenge lies in the fact that the game does not pinpoint their exact locations, making your search a test of skill and patience.
The first poacher is relatively easy to find. Start by speaking with the gamekeeper to initiate the Bird of Prey quest. From there, head to the north side of the pond and venture into the forest. Navigate through the tall shrubs until you stumble upon a camp where the first poacher is hiding. Remember, while you can eliminate these poachers, doing so will impact your reputation. It's preferable to handle the situation peacefully. This poacher is timid and can be persuaded to surrender. You can either release him or turn him over to the bailiff. If you choose to spare him, make sure to collect a piece of poacher equipment as evidence.
Tracking down the second poacher can be quite challenging. You might gather clues by conversing with various NPCs marked by the quest, but you can also head straight to the designated location. This poacher is bolder and less likely to comply unless you have a high persuasion skill. In my case, I had to resort to force and took his equipment as proof.
The third poacher is situated in Slatego Forest. For additional information, chat with Gravedigger Ignatius near Apollonia. Before you set out, prepare for a confrontation with wolves. You'll need to visit two spots: the first, an abandoned camp where the poacher once hid, which you can search for useful items. Then, move west to the second location, where you'll find wolves devouring a man's corpse. After dealing with the predators, you'll confirm that this was the missing poacher. Don't forget to collect a piece of poacher equipment as evidence.

Finding the fourth poacher is risky as you'll need to delve deep into the woods to confront three of them. You don't necessarily have to engage them in combat. Your objective is to gather evidence by examining three items: a deer's corpse, a deer's skin, and a hanging deer's carcass. After inspecting these, report back to the gamekeeper, who will then involve officials to apprehend the poachers.
The final poacher turns out to be Hans, and locating him within the large search area can be tricky. You'll find him near the rocks on the western edge of the designated area. Since Henry won't be able to arrest his old friend, you'll need to take Hans's poaching kit as evidence.
That wraps up everything you need to know to track down all the poachers and successfully complete the Bird of Prey quest in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. Keep in mind that refraining from violence is advisable unless you're willing to risk your reputation.
