Firefly Studios, renowned for its Stronghold series, brings a new mobile title to the medieval strategy genre. Stronghold Castles, as it's called, retains the series' core elements: building, farming, and battling.

Construct Your Medieval Empire!

In Stronghold Castles, you're the lord or lady of a fledgling village, tasked with transforming it into a thriving kingdom. Your responsibilities include managing farms, mines, weapon production, and resource allocation. Keep your peasants happy (or at least productive) through careful taxation… and perhaps the occasional judicious application of medieval justice. Design your castle as you see fit, from a trap-laden wooden fortress to a formidable stone behemoth.

Engage in Epic PvP Combat!

Once your defenses are in place, prepare for intense PvP battles. Command your knights, archers, and men-at-arms to conquer rival lords and plunder their resources. Your ultimate goal? Restore your Manor Hall to its former glory.

Familiar foes from the Stronghold series—rats, pigs, snakes, and wolves—return to challenge you. Engage in swift, strategic battles, besieging opponents' castles, looting their treasures, and using your spoils to enhance your kingdom.

The Stronghold series is a celebrated collection of real-time strategy games set in the medieval era. The original Stronghold debuted in 2001, followed by several popular spin-offs including Crusader (2002), Crusader Extreme (2008), and Kingdoms (2012).

Stronghold Castles marks the series' first mobile entry and is available for free on the Google Play Store.
