Currently holding a 47% positive rating on Steam, the game's reception isn't hampered by core mechanics, but rather by a simplified interface, missing features, and a perceived lack of content. Firaxis has responded by prioritizing interface enhancements, promising improved map readability, refined menus, and a more intuitive user experience.
