Is Vice City's Kent Paul Returning for GTA 6?

The short answer is: we don't know. And the X post about "Marching Powder" doesn't provide any clues about GTA 6. But let's entertain the possibility. Could Kent Paul make an appearance in Grand Theft Auto 6?

It's worth noting that the GTA series is divided into two distinct eras: the 3D era (games released on PS2 and PSP) and the HD era (from GTA 4 onwards). These are considered separate universes with no direct storyline continuation between them. Lazlo, another recurring character, has been featured across both eras. Interestingly, Kent Paul's name is also on the Vinewood Walk of Fame in GTA 5.

So, while a return for Kent Paul in GTA 6 is possible, the X post about "Marching Powder" doesn't bring us any closer to confirmation.
