Dead by Daylight Mobile Sunsetting, NetEase Confirms

NetEase confirms the end of the line for Dead by Daylight Mobile. After four years, this popular 4v1 horror-survival mobile game is officially shutting down. While the PC and console versions remain unaffected, Android users will have limited time left to experience the thrills of the hunt.

This mobile adaptation of Behaviour Interactive's hit title, initially released in April 2020, offered players the chilling choice of Killer or Survivor. As a Killer, your objective is to sacrifice Survivors to The Entity; as a Survivor, your goal is simple – survival.

Dead by Daylight Mobile's final curtain call is March 20th, 2025. The game will be removed from app stores on January 16th, 2025. Existing players can continue playing until the official shutdown date. NetEase will provide details on refunds, based on regional regulations, starting January 16th, 2025.

For those wishing to continue their Dead by Daylight journey, the PC and console versions offer a welcoming package and loyalty rewards for players who transfer their progress.
