Ghost General

The Ghost General leads the Hungry Ghosts, a gang notorious for their insatiable appetite for destruction. Clues will lead you to Sakai in the southwestern part of the Izumi Settsu region. Head to the western part of the city to the Money Changer District to find him. It's wise to take out his ronin followers one by one before confronting him, or leverage Yasuke's strength to turn the odds in your favor.

Grave Dancer

The Grave Dancer leads the Defilers, a group that respects nothing, not even the sanctity of graves. Travel northeast from Sakai along the main road until you reach the Sumiyoshi Shrine, south of Osaka. Here, amidst the buried, you'll find the Grave Dancer. Dispatch him to his final resting place using your Hidden Blade or any preferred weapon.

Ember

Ember, the leader of the Firebrands, is intent on purifying the world through fire and destruction. Journey north from Sakai into Osaka, heading to the Fishermen’s District. Look for the burned-down buildings to the north of it, where you'll find Ember. Clear the area of other combatants before engaging him to ensure a safer fight and save many from a fiery fate.

Big Sueki

Big Sueki, a sake enthusiast, leads a gang that trades honor for indulgence. Head to Muko Post Town, just north of Amagasaki Castle in the western part of Izumi Settsu. Near the moat, you'll find the location. Use the bamboo and thickets to approach stealthily and end their revelry.

Chief Cuckoo

Once honorable, Chief Cuckoo and his followers have turned to harassing the innocent. Travel to the city of Katano in the center of the Izumi Settsu region. At the southern edge, you'll find the Katano Oil Trading location, where Chief Cuckoo awaits. Utilize the environment to your advantage and bring a swift, explosive end to his tyranny.

Corrupt Blade, Laughing Man, and Peacock

After dealing with the other members, you'll face the final three: Corrupt Blade, Laughing Man, and Peacock. Head to the Nishinomiya Shrine, west of Amagasaki Castle, where you'll have the option to confront them individually or together. Choosing the latter will save time; proceed to the Harima region. From the shrine, travel west to Kakogawa Estuary, then northeast to Takagi Otsuka Fort. Just east of the fort, you'll find the trio in a courtyard next to a medium-sized hut. Utilize nearby NPCs to distract them and strike when the opportunity arises, eliminating the Kabukimono threat once and for all.
