What’s in Store in Torchlight: Infinite’s Eighth Season Sandlord?

The centerpiece of this season is the Cloud Oasis, a city that you'll manage and develop. You'll venture into the Netherrealm to collect resources, which you can then use to bolster your empire by assigning workers to one of five specialized professions. This strategic element not only enhances your empire but also unlocks new trade routes, bonuses, and exclusive seasonal rewards. It's a thrilling blend of action RPG combat and strategy simulation.

Thea, the divine channeler, has undergone a dramatic transformation into the Blasphemer. Gone are her days of bestowing blessings; she now spreads desecration, her Erosion Damage growing more potent with each passing moment.

The Deep Space region has been revamped, introducing five new stages brimming with monstrous foes and survival challenges. Additionally, the new item called Probes has been introduced. These function similarly to Compasses but occupy a unique slot, boosting both your rewards and the level of difficulty.

The endgame experience is enriched with new Legendary Stages. These rare stages offer unique loot setups that can significantly alter your gameplay strategy. For instance, the Abyssal Vault is an anomaly with no enemies at all, only filled with Mystery Chests ready to be plundered.

On the other end of the spectrum, the Sea of Rites is overrun with non-aggressive goblins. Defeating them could trigger the appearance of a secret boss. Meanwhile, the Supreme Showdown introduces the Golden Gaze mechanic, allowing both you and the bosses to transform enemies into instant treasure with the right strike.
