Square Enix's Foamstars Launches Free-to-Play on October 4th

No More PlayStation Plus Subscription Needed

In a recent support page update, Square Enix confirmed that Foamstars will transition to a free-to-play model. This means no more PlayStation Plus subscription is required to play. Currently priced at $29.99 for PS4 and PS5, Foamstars will be available for free download and play starting October 4th, 2024, at 1:00 a.m. UTC.

A special "Legacy Gift" awaits players who purchased Foamstars before the switch. This exclusive bundle includes:
