Honkai Impact 3rd v8.1 Update 'Drumming in New Resolutions' Released

Honkai Impact 3rd is gearing up for its exciting v8.1 update, aptly named "Drumming in New Resolutions," set to launch on February 20th. This update is packed with new content that fans are eagerly anticipating, including new battlesuits, outfits, and a plethora of anniversary rewards.

What's New in Honkai Impact 3rd v8.1?

Kiana makes a fiery return with her new SD-type battlesuit, Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star. She's ready to ignite the battlefield with a long staff that delivers a 4-sequence attack, dealing Fire DMG and stacking Passion Marks for impactful AOE damage. Her recommended weapon and PRI-ARM enhance her fiery prowess, ensuring enemies feel the heat. Additionally, Herrscher of Human: Ego gets upgraded with a new Divine Key, PRI-ARM, and stigmata set to boost her effectiveness.

The narrative deepens with a focus on Leylah's story. Following the Spring Festival dream crisis from v8.0, Kiana returns to reality, teaming up with Rice Cake for a new mission assigned by Theresa. This mission takes them to the Moon Base for a festive celebration. By playing through the interlude, players can earn Crystals, Source Prisms, and other valuable rewards.

An engaging feature in the update is a board game where players can activate and collect Yearly Chibis to build their team. Additionally, accumulating shop tokens allows trading for Crystals, Coralie's new outfit, and other enticing rewards.

New Outfits and Anniversary Rewards

The update isn't just about new battlesuits; it's also a fashion show. Coralie, Luna, and Vita are getting fresh looks. Luna's new outfit is available through spend bonuses, while Vita's can be found in the Outfit Supply.

The anniversary celebrations bring generous rewards. Simply logging in daily for seven days after the update will grant you a Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon, an anniversary emblem, and more. Keep the login streak going for another seven days to earn Kiana’s Stigma Option, Herrscher of Human’s new Stigma Option, and 10 Equipment Supply Cards.

Between February 25th and March 4th, logging in will reward you with an S-rank Battlesuit Option, Battlesuit Supply Cards, Crystals, and more. As a special thank-you, everyone will receive five Battlesuit Supply Cards upon the update's release.
