Honkai: Nexus Anima to Link Two Worlds in Upcoming Game

HoYoverse has just unveiled a tantalizing teaser for the next chapter in the Honkai universe, tentatively named Honkai: Nexus Anima. This upcoming addition to the Honkai series was introduced during the Honkai: Star Rail second anniversary concert, where fans were treated to a glimpse of what might be in store.

The teaser featured Kiana from Honkai Impact 3rd, standing at a building's doorway with her beloved pet, captivating viewers with her presence. As the teaser progressed, Blade from Honkai: Star Rail made an appearance, hinting at a potential crossover between the two Honkai worlds in Nexus Anima. Although the teaser was brief and didn't reveal much, it has sparked intense speculation among the gaming community. You can watch the teaser yourself [ttpp].

Interestingly, no official title was announced during the stream. The teaser simply concluded with the message 'A brand new Honkai game, stay tuned.' However, the name Honkai: Nexus Anima has been circulating among fans, primarily because it surfaced earlier this year in job listings, trademark filings, and domain registrations, lending credibility to its potential use as the official title.

The teaser's style has led some to draw comparisons to Pokémon, with its depiction of pet companions and trainer-style battles. A notable scene showed a confrontation between Kiana and Blade, suggesting that Nexus Anima might emphasize combat and companion dynamics more than its predecessors in the Honkai series.

While the release date and the final name of the game remain under wraps, the excitement around Honkai: Nexus Anima is palpable. As we await further details, keep an eye out for our next update on the Gothic Vampire RPG Silver and Blood's pre-registration on Android.
