What Is Sunrise on the Reaping About?

The new Hunger Games novel is the fifth book in the series but takes place in a different part of the timeline. Sunrise on the Reaping is set 40 years after the events of The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes and 24 years before the story of Katniss in the original Hunger Games novel.
