In Isekai: Slow Life, efficient management of your village's earnings is crucial for progressing through the game. Your village earnings are intrinsically tied to your overall power; as you bolster your account, your earnings will automatically increase.

Understanding Village Earnings

Your village earnings indicate the amount of gold generated per second. This metric is vital for your ranking in the Village Earnings Rank Rush event and crucial for game advancement.

To monitor your earnings:

  • Navigate to the Home screen.
  • Tap the “i” icon next to your earnings in the top left corner.
  • Review your current earnings and historical maximum.

Note that the historical max is relevant only for Village Earnings Rank Rush and cannot be manually adjusted to manipulate rankings.

Building Upgrades and Hiring Staff

Buildings are central to gold generation. As you advance through stages, more buildings become available, and upgrading them enhances your earnings potential.

How to Increase Earnings Through Buildings:

  • Hire staff to boost building efficiency.
  • Upgrade building levels to increase the hiring cap.
  • Assign Fellows to optimize production.

Each building has a limited number of staff slots, which can be expanded at the following milestones:

  • Slot 2: Unlocks after hiring 50 employees.
  • Slot 3: Unlocks after hiring 200 employees.
  • Slot 4: Unlocks after hiring 800 employees.
  • Slot 5: Unlocks after hiring 5,000 employees.

For strategies on leveling up Fellows efficiently, consult the Fellow Power-Up Guide.

The Farmstead is particularly important as it provides a +10% bonus per level to all buildings, making it a priority for early-game upgrades.

Maximizing Family Gathering Bonuses

Under the “Skill” section of each Family member, you'll find 36 different gathering bonuses, unlocked by increasing intimacy levels.

Important Intimacy Levels for Earnings Bonuses:

  • 100, 250, 550, 1,000, 2,000, and 5,000.

Ensure all Family members reach at least level 550 for a significant boost. It's more cost-efficient to upgrade multiple Family members to level 550 than to focus on just a few reaching level 5,000.

Increasing your village earnings in Isekai: Slow Life demands strategic planning and continuous upgrades. By hiring staff, optimizing Fellow placement, upgrading key structures, and tackling challenges, you can steadily enhance your income and improve your leaderboard standings.
