The Iron Pipe is a rare fishing reward found in sewers. Both sewers offer the same drop rate; the one near Resistance Camp is more easily accessible.
Fast travel to Resistance Camp and head right towards the Amusement Park. After crossing a small gap, you'll find an open manhole under a highway.
Once in the sewer, fish in the water. Other junk items can be sold. There's no guaranteed method; it might take several casts or several minutes. Use your Pod's light to improve visibility underwater.
