  • Goddess of Victory: Nikke is launching a new update with a baseball theme
  • Acquire a new cheerleader outfit for Noir and the No. 77 Batter skin for Blanc
  • A brand-new SSR Nikke named K joins the roster, featuring electric powers and a defiant attitude

For Japanese sports enthusiasts, baseball holds a special place in their hearts. Having witnessed the massive turnouts at the Tokyo Dome myself, it's no surprise that Goddess of Victory: Nikke is marking the beginning of summer with a baseball-inspired update.

While this update doesn't include a dedicated themed game mode, players can obtain stylish new outfits for their favorite Nikkes, all designed with a sports theme. Noir becomes a cheerleader, while Blanc steps up to the plate as the No. 77 Batter. A 7-Day Login Event, running from May 29th to June 20th, gives you the opportunity to get Noir's skin for free.

Even better, this update adds a new SSR Nikke to the game. K (not to be confused with Tommy Lee Jones) is an electric-element attacker with a rebellious streak. She secretly harbors a dislike for humans, well aware that revealing this would likely lead to her being discarded.

ytBatter up!

Given that the trailer above shows other Nikkes in baseball-themed attire, it wouldn't be surprising to see additional characters receive similar cosmetics in the future. For now, however, Noir and Blanc are the stars of this update.
