The highly anticipated general sale of the Nintendo Alarmo alarm clock, originally set for February 2025, has been postponed to a yet-to-be-determined date. This decision comes from Nintendo Japan, citing ongoing production and inventory challenges. While the impact on global stocks remains unclear, the worldwide general public launch is still planned for March 2025.

In response, Nintendo has pivoted to a pre-order system, initially exclusive to Nintendo Switch Online subscribers in Japan. Pre-orders are scheduled to open in mid-December, with shipments expected in early February 2025. The exact start date for pre-orders will be announced soon.
