Pokémon Sleep's Valentine's Day Event: Sweet Treats and Shiny Pokémon!

Get ready for a week of love and Pokémon in Pokémon Sleep! From February 10th to 18th, a special Valentine's Day event brings boosted rewards, increased Pokémon appearance rates, and new bundles.

This Valentine's event focuses on Snorlax's sweet tooth. His requested dishes will feature desserts and drinks, with a 1.5x multiplier applied to the final Strength value of all dishes. Prepare Extra Tasty dishes for a 3x bonus, increasing to a massive 4.5x multiplier on Sunday, February 16th! Two new dessert and drink recipes will also be introduced.

Expect increased encounters with Valentine's-themed Pokémon! Wooper (Paldean Form) and Clodsire will appear more frequently, along with boosted chances for Psyduck, Pinsir, Pichu, Ralts, Aron, Absol, Grubbin, Mimikyu, and Fuecoco. There's even a chance to encounter Shiny Pokémon during sleep research, regardless of your sleep type. (Check out our Shiny Pokémon guide for more tips!)

To maximize your event rewards, special Valentine's Day 2025 Bundles (S, M, and L) will be available starting February 10th. These bundles contain Poké Biscuits, Friend Incense, and Ingredient Tickets (with the L Ticket offering up to 25 of four ingredient types). You'll also find Pokémon-specific incense for Wooper (Paldean Form), Absol, and Fuecoco.
