Playing R.E.P.O. with friends is awesome, but even the best squads have their weak moments. The monsters in R.E.P.O. are relentless, making reviving fallen teammates a crucial skill. Here's how to bring your squad back from the brink.
Each round begins with 100 health. Damage comes from monsters and even your own gadgets, like Human Grenades. Health packs in the Service Station replenish health, and a unique team mechanic lets players share health by interacting with each other's health bars – a cool feature!

Despite your best efforts, sometimes the monsters overwhelm your squad. When a teammate falls, their head drops to the ground. Locate it – the map shows a small icon matching their character color – this is key to reviving them.
With the fallen teammate's head in your inventory, head to the extraction point. Drop the head at the point; if you've met the round's loot requirement (check the top right of your screen), your teammate respawns with 1 HP. They can regain health by entering the truck.
Alternatively, if retrieving the head isn't feasible, starting a new round revives your teammates. Similar to Call of Duty Zombies, this round-based system brings back fallen players at the start of a new round. While this method leaves your team slightly weakened, it can be strategically advantageous, especially for newer players who can learn from experienced teammates.
