Key Features of Season 1:
- Dracula, the Main Villain: Season 1 will pit players against the iconic Dracula.

- New Maps and Game Mode: Three new maps and a new game mode, "Doom Match," will enhance gameplay variety.
- Battle Pass with Rewarding Content: A battle pass costing 990 Lattice (approximately $10) offers 10 skins and rewards players with 600 Lattice and 600 Units upon completion.
Balance Changes:
The developer update also highlighted significant balance adjustments:
- Nerfs: Hela and Hawkeye, previously dominant forces, will receive nerfs to reduce their overall power and encourage a more diverse hero selection in higher-ranked matches.
- Buffs: Mobility-focused Vanguards, such as Captain America and Venom, will receive buffs to improve their effectiveness and encourage aggressive playstyles. Wolverine, Storm, and Cloak and Dagger will also receive buffs to improve their viability and strategic applications.
- Jeff the Land Shark Adjustments: NetEase Games acknowledges player feedback regarding inconsistencies between Jeff's early warning indicators and his ultimate's hitbox, promising adjustments to address this issue. While his ultimate's power has been a point of contention, no major changes have been announced yet.
- Seasonal Bonuses: No specific details were shared regarding changes to the Seasonal Bonus feature, a point of ongoing discussion within the community.
Season 1 promises a wealth of new content and refined gameplay, addressing community feedback and setting the stage for an exciting new chapter in Marvel Rivals.
