Where to Get a Double Bed in My Time at Sandrock

The easiest place to buy a double bed is By The Stairs, a shop run by Arvio in the lower part of town, between the Commerce Guild and the Civil Corps building. The standard Yakboy Double Bed costs 6,250 Gols (before potential discounts).

Key details:

• Occupies a 3x5 space indoors
• Required for marriage and the side quest The President and His Wife (which needs two of these beds)
• Save up early—it’s a pricey but essential purchase

Customizing the Yakboy Double Bed

While the base bed is simple, you can personalize it with dye (using pigment) or upgrade it into the Starry Double Bed with these crafted components:

• Starry Night Headboard (white with stars): 3 Hardwood Planks
• Starry Night Mattress/Cover (blue with stars): 4 Wool
• Mom’s Quilt (pink patchwork): 4 Wool Cloth, 6 Feathers, 3 Thin Threads
• Starry Night Footboard (white/blue star design): 3 Hardwood Planks, 3 Tanned Leather

Additional Double Bed Options

Currently, the only alternative is the Elegant Large Bed, exclusive to the Far East Furniture Pack DLC ($3.99). This 4x5 bed arrives via in-game mail after purchase, along with nine matching furniture pieces.

• Larger footprint than the Yakboy bed
