Under $300, it offers near-OLED blacks using an IPS panel, with a peak HDR brightness of around 1,000 nits and quantum dots for enhanced color coverage, ideal for creators.

The monitor's secret is its mini-LED backlight with 1,152 local dimming zones, twice as many as its competitors, allowing it to rival more expensive gaming monitors. While blooming is present, it's less noticeable, and the blacks are deep while highlights and colors are vivid.

To keep costs down, it lacks extra features like a USB hub or KVM, and has few gaming options in its OSD. For color accuracy, calibration with a colorimeter is recommended. Despite these minor drawbacks, it's an incredible value.

How To Pick the Best OLED Monitor

When selecting an OLED monitor, consider the size that fits your needs. Options range from compact 24-inch models to large 55-inch displays. Assess your desk space and intended use; larger, higher-resolution screens like 4K are ideal for graphic design and video editing, while gamers might prioritize refresh rates and response times.

Think about necessary features and connectivity. Do you need multiple HDMI ports or USB-C for data transfer and charging? Some monitors offer built-in speakers, adjustable stands, and HDR support. List the features most important to you and prioritize accordingly.
