Zenless Zone Zero's Version 1.5 Update Introduces S-Rank Agent Reruns

Version 1.5 of Zenless Zone Zero marks a significant change in the game's character release strategy. For the first time, previously released S-Rank agents will be available again. This update deviates from the game's previous focus on introducing entirely new agents with each version, a practice unlike its sister titles, Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, which regularly feature character reruns.

The highly anticipated reruns will feature Ellen Joe and Qingyi. These characters, initially released in Version 1.1, will return in two distinct phases within Version 1.5. This allows players who missed their initial release or are new to the game a chance to acquire these sought-after agents.

Version 1.5 Agent Release Schedule:

• Phase 1 (January 22 - February 12):

  • Astra Yao (New Agent)
  • Ellen Joe (Rerun) This phase also includes Ellen Joe's Agent Story.

• Phase 2 (February 12 - March 11):

  • Evelyn Chevalier (New Agent)
  • Qingyi (Rerun)

Both rerun banners will also include the respective characters' signature W-Engines.

Beyond the agent reruns, Version 1.5 will also introduce three new character outfits: "Chandelier" for Astra, "On Campus" for Ellen, and "Cunning Cutie" for Nicole. The "Cunning Cutie" outfit for Nicole will be a free reward obtainable through the Day of Brilliant Wishes limited-time event. This confirms recent leaks surrounding these new cosmetic additions. The inclusion of reruns and new outfits promises a substantial content update for Zenless Zone Zero players.
