Developer Notes

As a passionate billiards fan, I searched extensively for a realistic 2D pool game before creating this one, but couldn't find one that met my expectations.

While there are certainly some great 3D pool games available, I personally prefer the 2D perspective. In 3D games, it can be difficult to accurately judge distances between balls and control the cue's power. Plus, the 3D viewpoint can sometimes feel disorienting.

My search for the perfect 2D pool game came up empty, so I decided to build it myself. By collaborating with other developer pool enthusiasts, Pool Empire was born.

We're proud that the game's physics have earned player acclaim, leading Pool Empire to be hailed as the Most Realistic 2D Pool Game.
