Welcome to Proton Bus Urbano!

This is the classic edition, specializing in urban buses for passenger transport within cities. Originally launched in 2017, it's been nearly five years of continuous development. Our simulator has gained numerous features over time.

The bus modding system is now more sophisticated, supporting animations for buttons, rain effects, wipers, windows, and more. The community has already created hundreds of buses, with many more on the way!

We plan to release many new buses as mods soon—several are currently in development this year. Including every bus directly would make the game excessively large, and few players use all vehicles. The mod system lets you keep only your favorites, saving storage. Older non-animated buses weren’t included in this edition but will be re-released as mods in the coming months.

In 2020, we introduced map modding—a rare feature for mobile games! Map creation requires a computer, but once made, most mobile devices with sufficient RAM can run them.

While older routes are still available, the growing emphasis on custom map creation means they will soon become obsolete.

This simulator is FREE, with optional extras for PAID USERS. The free version is fully playable indefinitely—our goal isn’t just to earn money. Please pay only if you genuinely support the project and its development. Paid users enjoy an ad-free experience and exclusive features like virtual mirrors, cruise control, 360-degree screenshot capture, and more. Nearly all other features and buses remain free.

This is more of a simulator than a game. We prioritize realism over points, checkpoints, or gimmicks. Simply choose your preferred bus and drive. Given its complexity, there are many controls and settings—please watch online tutorials before reporting issues. Many common issues have simple fixes, like pressing 'N' before shifting gears or releasing the parking brake. Some settings may cause unexpected behavior, so read descriptions carefully before enabling them. Performance varies by device.

Available on PC and Android. PCs typically deliver better graphics due to stronger hardware. Numerous settings can optimize performance. A modern mid-to-high-end device with ample RAM (preferably 4 GB or more) is recommended. If performance is poor, try older versions or tweak settings. Some Android devices may experience frame rate issues with 64-bit Unity builds; downloading the 32-bit APK from our site might help.

We’re focusing on core updates, especially modding support. This simulator truly shines with mods—imagine it without them!

Find mods by searching for Proton Bus mods or using the in-game button. Installation requires a file manager, but the community is here to help.

Advanced features are tested on a Samsung Galaxy S9, basics on a J7 Prime. Not suitable for older phones with under 2 GB RAM, but manual APK/OBB installation can be attempted without guarantees. Screenshots were taken on a Galaxy J7 Prime using the "good settings" option.

* New mod installer! Installing mods is now much easier: after downloading the mod file, simply share or open it with the game! This works for most buses and maps (phase 3 maps only in this version).
* Shadow improvements (not perfect, but better).
* Added button to disconnect and delete premium accounts (as required by the platform).
