May 2025 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog Revealed

Sony has announced an exciting lineup for the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in May 2025, showcasing a diverse selection of titles that cater to a wide range of gaming preferences. This month's additions, detailed in a recent PlayStation.Blog post, are set to enhance the gaming experience for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers starting May 20, 2025.

For those subscribed to the Extra tier, nine new titles will be available, headlined by the eagerly anticipated "Sand Land." This action RPG, inspired by the manga created by Akira Toriyama, promises to deliver an immersive experience on both PS4 and PS5. Other notable additions include "Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition" and the comprehensive "S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy." The latter has been enhanced for the PS5, alongside PC and Xbox Series X|S, with the upgrade being free for owners of the original trilogy on consoles. It remains uncertain whether this offer extends to PlayStation Plus subscribers.

Premium members are treated to a classic title, "Battle Engine Aquila," a sci-fi action game where players command a versatile war vehicle capable of engaging enemies in both aerial and ground combat. This title will be accessible on both PS4 and PS5.
