When Is Applin Debuting in Pokémon GO?

Mark your calendars for the Sweet Discoveries event, which kicks off on April 24th at 10:00 a.m. and continues until April 29th at 8:00 p.m. local time. The highlight of this event is undoubtedly the debut of Applin, a charming Grass and Dragon-type Pokémon hailing from the Galar region.

To evolve Applin into Flapple, you'll need 200 Applin Candies and 20 Tart Apples. Alternatively, to evolve it into Appletun, you'll require the same amount of candies along with 20 Sweet Apples. For those aiming for Dipplin, its final evolution is Hydrapple.

The Apples, which are crucial for evolution, will be scattered throughout the wild. By tapping on them, you might discover a Tart Apple, a Sweet Apple, or even Applin itself. Your chances of encountering these Apples increase significantly around Mossy Lure Modules.

Applin is unique because it spends its entire life inside an apple, cleverly hiding from its natural predators, bird Pokémon, by masquerading as just another piece of fruit. Without a doubt, Applin is one of the cutest Pokémon in the entire Pokémon GO lineup.
