In Baldur's Gate 3, romance options abound, yet some hidden gems like the encounter with Naoise Nallinto at Sharess' Caress can easily be overlooked. This guide will help you locate this elusive encounter and guide you through the process of romancing Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3.

Where to Find Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3

### Visit Sharess' Caress in Act III:

To meet and romance Naoise, you'll need to progress to the early stages of Act III. As you travel toward Baldur's Gate, you'll pass through Wyrm's Crossing. Your first visit here requires a meeting with Raphael at Sharess' Caress, a brothel located on the eastern side of the bridge leading into the city.

If you've already explored Wyrm's Crossing, you can fast-travel to the South Span of Wyrm's Crossing, which will take you directly to the front porch of Sharess' Caress.

Look for Nymph's Grotto:

You'll find Naoise in the Nymph's Grotto on the second floor. To access this area, pass through the door leading outside, identified by a green light and ivy-covered walls. The door is locked, but a lock-picking roll of 10 or higher will grant you entry.

### Interact with Naoise:

Upon entering, approach the bed where Naoise is with Jara, a Flaming Heart soldier. Their intimate moment is interrupted by your presence, and as Jara speaks, a tadpole in her head interacts with yours. She mentions the Absolute and then transforms into a Mindflayer, whom you must defeat.

After defeating Jara, Naoise turns her attention to you, expressing an interest in Mindflayers. Choose the following dialogue options:

  • "Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken."

  • "Your client is dead. I thought you'd be more upset."

An Insight check reveals Naoise's readiness for romance. Continue with:

- "That creature aroused you, didn't it?"

Avoid judgmental responses. Naoise explains her anticipation for the Mindflayer but suggests another 'flavor' could suffice. Proceed with:

  • "What did you have in mind?"
  • "Close your eyes and listen."

The romance unfolds entirely within your mind. Naoise asks you to choose what you will be:

  • Revered
  • Contented
  • Powerful
  • Rich
  • I think we're done here.

Selecting 'Contented' leads to a brief romance scene. Post-encounter, Naoise loses interest in further interactions, stating she can offer 'rapture' only once. Interestingly, other romanceable characters like Karlach seem unbothered by this encounter.

Shadowheart will award you the 'Carnal Rituals of Sharess' inspiration point after the encounter.

Successfully romancing Naoise grants you the Rapture boon, providing a passive 1d6 bonus to almost all ability checks.
