After months of swirling rumors and tantalizing leaks, it appears that Bethesda is on the brink of officially unveiling the much-anticipated remaster of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The announcement is set to take place tomorrow at 11:00 am EST, and fans can catch the reveal live on both YouTube and Twitch.

In a recent post on Twitter/X, Bethesda teased the announcement with an image featuring a prominent "IV" and a background strikingly similar to iconic art from the original Oblivion game, hinting strongly at what's to come.

The buzz around an Oblivion remake has been building for years, fueled by a series of leaks. The first hint came from a leaked 2020 Bethesda release schedule during the FTC vs. Microsoft trial in 2023, which suggested an Oblivion remaster was slated for fiscal year 2022. Although that window passed, the speculation persisted. The rumors gained more traction in January of this year when another leak emerged, describing the project as a comprehensive remake developed by Bethesda in collaboration with Virtuos. The whispers turned into near-certainty just last week when leaks from Virtuos' website surfaced, showcasing images of the remake in development.

If these recent leaks hold true, The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion Remastered is set to launch on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation. Fans can look forward to a Deluxe Edition that includes the iconic horse armor, in addition to the standard version.

Be sure to tune in tomorrow for what is hopefully the official confirmation and further details on this exciting project.
