Deadline reveals a production budget of $180 million, with a break-even point estimated at $425 million globally.

This strong opening places Captain America: Brave New World as the fourth-highest-grossing Presidents Day release, trailing only three other superhero films: Black Panther ($242 million), Deadpool ($152 million), and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania ($120 million).

Despite mixed critical reception—IGN awarded it a 5/10, citing a lack of innovation and underwhelming plot despite strong performances from the cast—the film's success is significant.
