Get ready, Pokémon Go trainers! February's Community Day is bringing a double dose of excitement with Karrablast and Shelmet taking center stage. Mark your calendars: the event runs from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time on February 9th, 2025.

Meet the Stars of Pokémon Go's February Community Day

This Community Day features Karrablast and Shelmet, appearing more frequently in the wild. Keep your eyes peeled – you might even encounter their Shiny forms! But the real fun begins with evolution.

Evolve Karrablast anytime between the event start and 10:00 p.m. local time on February 16th to get an Escavalier knowing the powerful Charged Attack, Razor Shell (35 power in Trainer Battles, 55 power in Gyms and Raids). Similarly, evolving Shelmet during this window grants you an Accelgor with the Charged Attack Energy Ball (a hefty 90 power in all battle types).

A Special Research taskline awaits, offering encounters with Karrablast and Shelmet featuring special Dual Destiny-themed backgrounds, plus a Premium Battle Pass and a Rare Candy XL. And that's not all!

A Timed Research event follows the main Community Day, lasting a full week. Log in during the Community Day to unlock tasks providing further encounters with Karrablast and Shelmet sporting those special backgrounds.
