A new kind of power is coming to *Diablo 4*, and it's sure to be familiar to fans of fantasy series like *Harry Potter* and *Agatha All Along*. However, joining a coven and mastering the art of Witchcraft isn't a walk in the park. To help you on your journey, here are all the Forgotten Altar locations in *Diablo 4*.

How To Find All the Forgotten Altar Locations in Diablo 4

The Season of Witchcraft introduces a captivating Questline that lets you harness Witchcraft Powers. These powers are divided into three main categories – Eldritch, Psyche, and Growth & Decay – each focusing on unique aspects of occult magic. To unlock these abilities, you need to gain favor with The Coven by earning Restless Rot through completing missions.

As you progress, you'll be able to upgrade structures near the Tree of Whispers known as Altars. While most *Diablo 4* players will concentrate on these main Altars, there's another type that unlocks a different kind of magic: Forgotten Altars. These provide you with Lost Powers, which are incredibly potent. However, locating a Forgotten Altar is no easy feat.

Unlike the main Altars with their fixed locations, Forgotten Altars spawn randomly within dungeons across Sanctuary. This means you'll need to do some grinding, but since the season's Questline will often send you into dungeons, you might not have to go too far out of your way. The effort is well worth it, as the Lost Powers are among the most powerful abilities in the game.
