Genshin Impact Unveils Mizuki for Version 5.4

Yumemizuki Mizuki has officially been revealed as Genshin Impact’s newest 5-Star Anemo Catalyst character, set to debut in Version 5.4 with a spotlight on Inazuma. Known for her whimsical tapir yokai origins and role as a psychologist and owner of Aisa Bathhouse, Mizuki brings more than just charm—she offers a versatile gameplay kit that positions her as a premium alternative to Sucrose, complete with healing capabilities. This makes her an excellent fit for Taser and other electro-based teams, offering both utility and support in one elegant package.

As part of Genshin Impact's post-Natlan narrative lull, Version 5.4 focuses on a smaller-scale adventure centered around yokai lore, with Yae Miko playing a pivotal role. Mizuki, an old friend of Yae Miko’s, is expected to be introduced during the update’s flagship event and will also receive her own Story Quest—a welcome addition for fans eager to explore her mysterious background and connection to Inazuma’s spiritual world.

Yumemizuki Mizuki Overview

  • Title: Embrace of Enchanting Dreams
  • Rarity: 5-Star
  • Vision: Anemo
  • Weapon: Catalyst
  • Constellation: Tapirus Somniator

In terms of banners, Version 5.4 will launch with two phases: the first featuring Mizuki alongside Wriothesley, and the second highlighting Furina and Sigewinne. Notably, Mizuki will move to the Standard Banner after her limited-time release, making her Signature Weapon the primary target for collectors during her debut event.

What to Expect in Version 5.4

Compared to the expansive content of Version 5.3, Version 5.4 is intentionally streamlined. Players should prepare for just one new character, a single Story Quest, no new Artifact Domain, and no map expansion. As a result, the total Primogem reward pool will be lower than usual. For players planning their pulls, it’s wise to conserve resources—especially Lantern Rite rewards—for Mizuki’s banner or the return of popular Fontaine characters like Furina and Wriothesley.
