Nikke Reveals Upcoming Summer Season Update

Level Infinite has unveiled the next major update for Goddess of Victory: Nikke: the Summer Season update, arriving on July 17th. This release introduces new story content, characters, and in-game events.

What to Expect in the Goddess of Victory: Nikke Summer Season

The primary story event is titled BOOM! THE GHOST!, centering on a journey to a drifting cruise ship called Utopia. This vessel has been mysteriously adrift at sea for years and continues to operate autonomously despite being completely abandoned.

What begins as a standard reconnaissance mission quickly transforms into a paranormal investigation when unexplained phenomena interfere with the operation. To confront the bizarre occurrences on board, the NIKKE squad constructs specialized ghost-hunting gear and delves into the ship's hidden mysteries.

This Summer Season introduces two new SSR characters. Dorothy: Serendipity is compelled to board the Utopia after glimpsing a faint image in a photograph, hoping to locate her cherished companion, Pinne. Simultaneously, Elegg: Boom and Shock is lured by rumors of the ship’s concealed power source and embarks with her own objectives in mind.

The update also launches three brand-new summer swimsuit outfits, alongside the return of four popular swimsuits from previous events. Players can also anticipate a challenging new boss encounter and an all-new mini-game.

An All-New Concert Event

Goddess of Victory: Nikke will host its first-ever orchestral concert, "Melodies of Victory." The performance will be streamed globally for free on the official NIKKE YouTube channel for a limited time.

Following the update, the Doro Family Summer Tour begins, running from July 18th to July 25th. The tour will visit major cities including New York City, Osaka, Seoul, Taipei, and Bangkok. The festivities launch in New York with a spectacular 10-meter-tall Doro Cruise Ship display floating on the Hudson River on July 18th and 19th.
