Path of Exile 2's Hidden Golden Idols: A Guide to Finding and Selling Them

Path of Exile 2 boasts numerous quests, but some remain hidden from the quest log. This guide focuses on the five Golden Idols collectible in Act 3, unique quest items that don't trigger a standard quest. Unlike typical quest items, these aren't handed to NPCs; instead, they're valuable trade goods.

Locating the Golden Idols

After exploring the Vaal ruins beneath the Ziggurat Encampment and traveling through a time portal, you'll find yourself in Utzaal (The Drowned City in the present). This ancient Vaal city holds three of the idols, with the remaining two located in the connected area of Aggorat. These idols aren't enemy drops; they're found in the environment, often in side rooms.

Selling Your Treasures

Once you've collected an idol, return to Oswald in the north of the Ziggurat Encampment. He's your buyer. The sell prices are:

• Golden Idol: 500 Gold
• Grand Idol: 1000 Gold
• Glorious Idol: 1500 Gold
• Elegant Idol: 1000 Gold
• Exceptional Idol: 1500 Gold

Finding all five yields a tidy 6000 gold. Given their size and sole purpose as valuable sellables, sell them immediately to free up inventory space.
