Hearthstone Season 10: Trinkets Return to Battlegrounds!

Hearthstone fans, get ready for an exciting new chapter with the announcement of Battlegrounds Season 10: Second Nature, set to launch on April 29th, 2025. As Season 9 wraps up on the same day, you'll see a complete refresh of the Track and a ratings reset, ensuring everyone starts on an even footing. Don't worry about missing out on Season 9 rewards; any unclaimed ones will be automatically collected for you.

To build anticipation, Hearthstone is rolling out the reveals over several days. On April 18th, you'll get a sneak peek at Dragons, Demons, and Mechs. Then, on April 21st, Undead and Pirates will be showcased, followed by Naga and Quilboar on April 22nd. The excitement concludes with Murlocs and Beasts on April 23rd.

As the new season kicks off, Anomalies are being removed entirely from the Tavern, giving players a more predictable gameplay environment. Additionally, turn lengths will be extended, giving you more time to strategize and make your moves.

A fan-favorite feature, Trinkets, is making a comeback with a twist. These passive power-ups can be purchased with Gold and will appear twice during a game—once on turn 6 as Lesser Trinkets and again on turn 9 as Greater Trinkets. Season 10 enhances your chances of getting Trinkets that synergize with your current minion type. Blizzard is introducing over 100 new Trinkets alongside more than 100 returning ones, offering a vast array of options to boost your gameplay.

Meet the two new heroes joining the fray in Season 10: Forest Lord Cenarius and Buttons. Cenarius brings the classic Druid flair, focusing on ramping up Gold and setting up powerful late-game moves.

The minion pool is also getting a major overhaul, with over 75 new and returning minions and Tavern spells being added. And don't forget, the Battlegrounds Track will be reset as well, providing fresh challenges and rewards.

Make sure to download Hearthstone from the Google Play Store before the season launches to dive straight into the action. And while you're at it, check out our coverage of Snowbreak: Containment Zone's the Abyssal Dawn Update, featuring new faces to enhance your gaming experience.
