After the Winter Tournament, the road to Anaheim is officially open, and for Indian Pokémon Unite teams, the stakes have never been higher. The Pokémon Company and Skyesports have announced the India Qualifier for the Pokémon Unite World Championship Series 2025, set to take place from April 4th to 6th. This event boasts a substantial $37,500 prize pool, and offers the winning team the opportunity to represent India at the global stage later this year in the United States.

Registrations for the India Qualifiers are currently open and will close on April 4th. The competition will kick off on April 5th with a single-elimination bracket. The top eight teams will then advance to the Playoffs on April 6th, where the format switches to a double-elimination bracket, providing teams with a second chance even after a defeat.

Each match will be contested in a best-of-three format, allowing teams the opportunity to adapt and outplay their opponents. The rapid pace of the tournament promises thrilling battles, but careful strategic planning will be crucial given the high stakes.

The winning team will not only secure a significant portion of the prize money but will also earn the honor of representing India at the Pokémon Unite World Championship 2025 in Anaheim, California. This is where the world's top teams will compete for the ultimate title and a share of the global $500,000 prize pool.

Speaking about the tournament, Shiva Nandy, Founder and CEO of Skyesports, stated, "After the immense success of the ACL India League 2025, which garnered more than 1.3 million views, we are proud to bring the Pokémon Unite WCS 2025 India Qualifier to our players. This tournament reaffirms our commitment to nurturing grassroots esports talent and providing a clear path to international glory. I wish the best of luck to all the participants."
