Following up on the 2020 hit, Mask Up, comes Mask Around – a roguelike platformer that blends brawling and shooting action. Remember that bizarre yellow ooze from the original? It's back, with some unexpected new features!

For those unfamiliar, Mask Up was a unique 2D roguelike brawler. Mask Around builds upon this foundation, adding 2D shooting mechanics. Now you can seamlessly switch between gunning down enemies and using your signature goo abilities to clobber them.

However, that precious yellow goo remains a limited resource. Careful management is key, especially during challenging boss fights.

More Than Just Goo

Currently available on Google Play (iOS release TBA), Mask Around significantly expands on its predecessor. While retaining the core gameplay, it introduces strategic depth. Players must now balance goo usage with their weaponry, adding a new layer of tactical decision-making. The visuals have also received a welcome polish.

Mask Around offers a refined and expanded experience, making it a worthwhile sequel. The addition of shooting mechanics and improved graphics enhances the original formula without losing its charm.
