NetEase's Marvel Squad RPG Marvel Mystic Mayhem Launches

Marvel Mystic Mayhem has officially launched on mobile, developed by NetEase and Exptional Global. This turn-based tactical RPG plunges you into a Marvel universe corrupted by Nightmare, blending horror elements, strategic gameplay, and superhero action.

A Darker Version of the World

The villain Nightmare has trapped heroes and villains within their deepest subconscious fears. Doctor Strange and Sleepwalker are leading the resistance, with Sleepwalker's appearance being particularly fitting as he only manifests when his host is asleep.

Their mission is to rescue iconic Marvel characters imprisoned inside nightmarish versions of their own psyches. You'll encounter both famous and more obscure faces from the Marvel universe, with a special focus on mystic and arcane heroes.

Gameplay begins by building a team from a roster of Marvel heroes and villains, choosing from classes like Striker, Controller, Defender, and Fighter. Strategic decision-making is at the core of the experience.

Nightmare reigns at the heart of multiple combat modes, which feature large-scale battles across trap-laden environments. Defeating him requires understanding his weaknesses and adapting to the ever-changing battlefield.

Marvel Mystic Mayhem Brings Unique Upgrades

You can upgrade every character to a legendary 5-star rank, unlocking new skills and abilities along the way. The progression system is designed for long-term engagement, introducing increasingly difficult challenges.

Players who pre-registered have received milestone rewards. Early adopters also gain access to The Sentry, who features a redesigned appearance and acts as a powerful, volatile addition to any team composition.

Marvel Mystic Mayhem arrives shortly after Marvel Rivals, continuing NetEase's ongoing expansion into the Marvel gaming landscape. The game is available for download on the Google Play Store.
