Once you've obtained your Ordelle Coin, visit Uah'shepya in the Nexus Arcade, Solution Nine. Exchange your coin for:

These enhancement materials upgrade gear purchased with Tomestones of Heliometry to item level 730. This provides a valuable alternative gearing path for players unable to tackle Savage Arcadion Raids.
