Mastering Power Charges in Path of Exile 2

Power Charges are a key mechanic in Path of Exile 2, allowing for incredibly powerful builds. While not essential for all builds, understanding their function is crucial for maximizing character potential.

What are Power Charges?

Power Charges act as enhancement tokens for specific skills. They don't provide benefits on their own but significantly boost the power of abilities like Falling Thunder when consumed. They function similarly to Frenzy and Endurance Charges – inactive until used by a compatible skill or item. Many builds don't utilize Power Charges, but they are foundational to certain builds, such as the Tempest Flurry Invoker.
