Pikmin Bloom's Earth Day Event: Count Flowers, Not Steps in Party Walk

Today marks Earth Day, and Pikmin Bloom is celebrating in a unique way through its Party Walk event. Instead of focusing on taking extra steps, this event encourages players to plant more flowers. If you're a fan of Niantic's augmented reality, location-based game, you won't want to miss out on this engaging new event.

When Is the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk?

The special Earth Day-themed Official Party Walk in Pikmin Bloom will take place from April 22nd to April 30th. During this period, the focus shifts from tracking your steps to counting the number of flowers you plant. Each bloom contributes to a global total, perfectly aligning with the Earth Day theme by promoting more greenery and purposeful action. Pikmin Bloom is set to reward this effort in a fun and meaningful way.

The collective effort of planting flowers during the event can unlock special rewards. If the global total reaches 500 million flowers, every participant will receive a Huge Seedling that grows into a Leaf Hat Decor Pikmin. Should the total hit 1 billion flowers, players will unlock a Snow Decor Pikmin. And if the community manages to plant 1.5 billion flowers, a Huge Seedling for a Present Sticker (Gold) Decor Pikmin, specifically for White Pikmin, will be awarded.

To ensure your flowers contribute to the global total, you must join the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk. Make sure your app is updated to version 117 and that you've signed up for the event. If you haven't yet, download the game from the Google Play Store.

To ease the flower planting mission, everyone participating will receive a promo code. Remember, all types of flowers count towards the goal, so feel free to plant any kind. Get out there and start blooming!
