2025 Pokémon Go Fest Hosts Legendary Giants

Pokémon GO is building excitement for its global GO Fest 2025 celebration with a packed schedule. The journey includes three new themed events and the return of legendary titans alongside special Gigantamax Pokémon.

Pokémon GO Global GO Fest 2025: What Events Are Coming?

Leading the way is the Serene Retreat event, running from May 30th through June 3rd, 2025. Trainers can look forward to encountering Pokémon such as Chansey, Marill, Furfrou, Cutiefly, Morelull, Komala, and Hatenna. There’s also a chance to find a Shiny Snorlax or Chimecho.

For the first time in Pokémon GO, Gigantamax Rillaboom will appear in six-star Max Raid Battles from May 31st to June 1st, 2025.

The main Pokémon GO Fest 2025 Global event unfolds on June 28th and 29th. This free, worldwide celebration unites millions of Trainers. Watch the official reveal below.

Purchasing a ticket for Pokémon GO Fest 2025 Global grants exclusive bonuses, including an encounter with the Mythical Pokémon Volcanion, making its global debut after previous appearances in Osaka, Jersey City, and Paris.

Another Major Event Precedes the Global Fest!

The Ancients Recovered event runs from June 23rd to June 27th, 2025. This event marks the return of the Legendary Titans and their related counterparts. Each day features a new five-star Raid Boss, with a dedicated Raid Hour from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.

The schedule is as follows: Regirock, Regice, and Registeel on June 23rd; Regieleki on June 24th; Regidrago on June 25th; and Regigigas on June 26th. All return for a grand finale on June 27th.

Legendary Pokémon caught during this event will know exclusive moves: Earthquake for Regirock, Thunder for Regice, Zap Cannon for Registeel, and Thunder Cage for Regieleki. Regidrago will know both Dragon Breath and Dragon Energy, while Regigigas comes with Crush Grip.

Furthermore, six-star Max Raid Battles during Ancients Recovered will feature Gigantamax Rillaboom, Cinderace, and Inteleon. Download Pokémon GO from the Google Play Store to join the action.
