Rainbow Six Siege X, currently in its closed beta phase, is set for a full release in June 2025 across both home consoles and PCs. Ubisoft has billed this update as the most significant content overhaul in Rainbow Six Siege's history. Among the exciting new features available during the closed beta is the Dual Front game mode, which pits 6-on-6 teams against each other in larger, more chaotic battles.

In Dual Front mode, teams must strategically decide which areas to attack and defend, completing objectives in each section while engaging with the opposing team. The Siege X update promises not only this new mode but also a revamp of existing maps, a revised user interface, enhanced technical presentation, and a rebalanced online matchmaking system designed to benefit new players.
