Eclipse Glow Games, a Tencent-backed studio based in Chengdu, China, showcased its upcoming action-adventure title, Tides of Annihilation, during Sony's State of Play 2025 event. The game, revealed via a debut trailer (see below), promises a captivating blend of intense combat, immersive storytelling, and a unique setting.

Set in a modern-day London ravaged by otherworldly forces, Tides of Annihilation casts players as Gwendolyn, a lone survivor. Players will explore iconic London landmarks, battling enemies inspired by Arthurian mythology and summoning spectral Knights of the Round Table for assistance in combat. Prepare for epic encounters with colossal bosses, towering skyscraper-sized adversaries.

The studio, comprised of over 100 developers with experience on titles such as Yakuza, For Honor, Assassin's Creed, Persona, and Prince of Persia, is excited about the game's debut. Lead Game Producer Kun Fu stated, "Debuting Tides of Annihilation at Sony State of Play is an incredible honor. This is only the beginning; we've crafted a world that reimagines Arthurian legend, blending courage, loyalty, and heroism within an epic narrative set in a familiar yet strange London."
