The Great Sneeze Turns Classic Art into a Playful Puzzle Adventure, Out Now

Studio Monstrum's new Android game, The Great Sneeze, puts a hilarious spin on the classic point-and-click adventure. A single, incredibly powerful sneeze throws an entire Caspar David Friedrich art exhibition into utter chaos, setting the stage for a wonderfully absurd storyline.

The Great Sneeze Causes Chaos?

Don't underestimate the power of a sneeze! In The Great Sneeze, it's the catalyst for a monumental mess. Just before the grand opening of a Friedrich exhibition, our three protagonists—Kaspar, David, and Friederike—find themselves amidst the aftermath of a cataclysmic sneeze. What was once a meticulously arranged display is now a topsy-turvy jumble of paintings. Friedrich's iconic "Wanderer above the Sea of Fog" has even embarked on an unexpected journey through the rest of the collection! Our trio must chase the wandering figure, solve clever puzzles, and restore the exhibition before the doors open. It's a charming, funny, and utterly unique point-and-click puzzler. See for yourself:

Amazing Visuals!

Built around the works of Friedrich, The Great Sneeze cleverly serves as an engaging introduction to his art. The visuals beautifully capture the atmosphere of a real art museum while maintaining a playful tone. The puzzles are simple yet captivating, focusing on keen observation of Friedrich's paintings and the humorous interactions between the three main characters.

Developed by Studio Monstrum with support from prominent German museums (including the Hamburger Kunsthalle, Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden, and Staatliche Museen zu Berlin), the game boasts meticulous detail and historical accuracy.
