Mortal Kombat Mobile welcomes back the iconic guest character, Spawn!

This McFarlane-created anti-hero returns, modeled after his Mortal Kombat 11 appearance. He's soon to be joined by MK1 Kenshi, and the update includes three new Friendship interactions and a Brutality finisher.

Mortal Kombat Mobile, the popular mobile adaptation of the fighting game franchise, is getting a major update with the addition of Spawn. This highly anticipated guest character joins the roster alongside a classic version of Kenshi (from MK1).

Spawn, also known as Al Simmons, is a murdered soldier who strikes a deal with the Devil to return to Earth as a vigilante. His dangerous supernatural abilities could even trigger the Apocalypse.

Created (and initially published) in the 1990s by Todd McFarlane, Spawn is a key character from Image Comics. His inclusion in Mortal Kombat has been highly requested by fans, following his debut in Mortal Kombat 11.

A Hellspawn-sized update!

The addition of this new Spawn, alongside a revamped Kenshi, is sure to excite fans of both Spawn and Mortal Kombat, despite some players' reservations about mobile versions.

Spawn, based on his MK11 design, is available now in Mortal Kombat Mobile. The update also features three new Friendship finishers, a Brutality, and new Hellspawn themed challenges. Download it today on the iOS App Store and Google Play!

Important Note: Just before publication, news broke of the alleged dismissal of the entire NetherRealm Studios mobile team. Sadly, Spawn's addition might be the final contribution from this talented group.
