BioWare has seemingly abandoned plans for Dragon Age: The Veilguard downloadable content (DLC). However, creative director John Epler hinted at the possibility of a Dragon Age remastered collection.
According to Rolling Stone, BioWare has confirmed it won't be developing any DLC for Dragon Age: The Veilguard. The game is considered finished, and BioWare's focus has shifted to the next Mass Effect title.
While specifics regarding potential Veilguard DLC remain undisclosed, Epler addressed the possibility of a remastered Dragon Age collection, similar to the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. He expressed enthusiasm for the idea but acknowledged significant challenges due to the use of EA's proprietary engines in the original Dragon Age trilogy. Epler stated, "It's not as straightforward as Mass Effect was, but we cherish the original games. Never say never, I suppose."
